Our client, a large financial services operation, has an opportunity for an operational people manager to head up a New Business team. With a background in people management in the investment industry, you will take responsibility for all new business administration activities, ensuring that applications are properly vetted and processed in accordance with the regulations and internal standards. You will develop the team to ensure that objectives are met and will manage risk and quality issues to ensure that service standards are adhered to.
As well as the relevant business background from the collectives and/or pensions industry, you will have a strong knowledge of the regulatory framework and some experience of change management and working with systems enhancements.
